    Tack Counter (Full Time)

    Looking to expand our Teskey's Family & add a full-time cashier to our Tack Department. Must be available on weekends.
    *MUST HAVE RELEVANT TACK KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE*
    Pay based on experience & knowledge of the products we sell here.
    • Pricing product
    • Stocking & organizing shelves
    • Answering customer questions about tack products

    Rope Floor (Part or Full Time)

    Experience with ropes and roping is preferred. 
    Responsibilities include:

    • Assisting customers
    • Merchandising
    • Preparing and shipping orders
    • All-over care of the store, products and customers

    Office - Customer Service (Full Time)

    We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. 

    Responsibilities

    • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    • Also maintain website inventory including adding updating and deleting products from website based on availability

    Computer knowledge required. Tack knowledge preferred.
